Description
Durable protection & professional metallic finish coupled with economic benefits
ISOLPAK® ALU is a multilayer jacketing film for technical insulation on pipes, ducts and HVAC systems. Its pure aluminium layer and durable UV-resistant protective film provide long-term protection against weather, external influences and corrosion.
The memory effect helps the material recover from dents and deformation, maintaining a clean and professional appearance over time.
With 100% impermeability, ISOLPAK® ALU helps protect the insulation system against moisture ingress and supports the reduction of CUI risk.
Specifications
The smooth and homogeneous surface of ISOLPAK® ALU helps conceal minor irregularities in the underlying pipe insulation, creating a clean and uniform appearance. Its natural curling effect supports fast and precise installation, particularly around cylindrical surfaces.
ISOLPAK® ALU can also be used on larger pipe diameters. For these applications, thicker versions of up to 1 mm are recommended, providing increased stiffness and improved dimensional stability during installation.
